Course Overview

This blended course is divided into two distinct parts, providing a balance between theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical skills:

  • Part 1 (Online): Approximately 6 hours of interactive e-learning. This must be completed independently before attending the face-to-face session. It covers the essential theory, including the roles of a first aider and legal requirements.

  • Part 2 (Classroom): A 1-day practical training and assessment session led by a qualified instructor. Here, you will apply your online learning to real-life scenarios and demonstrate life-saving techniques.
