π³ Forest School First Aid – Blended Learning (2 Days)
If you’re leading or assisting with outdoor learning, forest schools, or nature-based activities, this is the first aid course for you!
Our Forest School First Aid course is a practical, hands-on programme designed specifically for those working with children and adults in outdoor settings.
β Course Overview:
This is a blended learning course, meaning you’ll complete a short online theory module at home before joining us for two full days of outdoor, scenario-based training.
Expect to spend most of the time outside, on your feet, and getting stuck in! You’ll practice dealing with a wide range of realistic outdoor first aid scenarios – from slips, trips, cuts and grazes to managing more serious incidents like fractures, asthma attacks, anaphylaxis, and hypothermia.

Managing incidents in remote / outdoor environments

Primary survey and casualty care in the outdoors

Treating cuts, wounds, bleeds and burns

Managing fractures and dislocations

Head injuries and spinal management

Dealing with asthma, anaphylaxis, and allergic reactions

Heat and cold-related illnesses (hypothermia, heat stroke)

CPR, AED, and choking (adult, child, and infant protocols)
